HRs are just lazy, just try to ask for profiles on social media without any update, they dont even bother to check the profiles after asking it, most of them are just trying to increase their reach on social media by posting about jobs but it never convert into anything no call nothing

Pathetic experience ... First they call for interview knowing the experience and salary wasting time of the candidate . And a Junior HR with 2 or 3 years of experience takes the interview for a 14 years and gives feedback as not fit for the culture.
