Position: Architect
Location: Bandra West, Mumbai
Experience: 4–7 years

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and experienced Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of residential and commercial projects, with the ability to transform creative ideas into practical, buildable solutions. This role requires a balance of aesthetic vision, technical knowledge, and strong collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop architectural concepts and layouts for residential and commercial projects
• Create high-quality 3D models and visualizations to convey design intent
• Prepare detailed interior design plans and visualizations for new outlets
• Conduct regular site visits (4–5 times per month) to monitor project progress and ensure alignment with design specifications
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including operations, branding, and engineering during all stages of the project

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• 4 to 7 years of experience in architectural design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
• Strong skills in 3D modeling and architectural visualization
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project coordination abilities
