Role Overview: As an Associate Creative Director Design (B2B Brands), your role involves strategic design leadership to enhance visual storytelling and elevate design outcomes for transformative B2B brands. You will collaborate closely with content, strategy, and business marketing teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns and brand systems aligning with client ambitions and the agency's creative excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Set the creative vision in B2B by defining and driving creative vision across client accounts. - Translate business goals into compelling design systems while ensuring consistency, originality, and business alignment. - Oversee the creative pipeline, manage bandwidth, timelines, and resource allocation to drive high team utilization without compromising quality. - Institutionalize a culture of zero-rework by maintaining high standards of creativity and efficiency. - Champion award-winning work, collect client feedback, identify whitespace opportunities, and drive innovation through advanced tools adoption. - Push the boundaries of B2B design by exploring new techniques and approaches. - Build and retain a high-performing team, foster a culture of creativity and continuous learning, and effectively communicate design rationale and strategic direction. Qualifications Required: - Strong portfolio in branding, digital, campaign, and motion within B2B or tech-focused industries. - Deep understanding of design thinking, user experience, and brand storytelling. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, and design collaboration tools. - Familiarity with AI-powered design tools, motion graphics, brand systems, agile workflows, and cross-functional collaboration is preferred.,
