Account/Sr. Director - Client Servicing (Events)

As a Culture Experience Company, WHITE is seeking a professional with over 10 years of experience in Experiential Events to join our team in Sultanpur, New Delhi. You will play a crucial role in curating events and pitches, developing presentations according to industry trends, and liaising between departments. Your responsibilities will include understanding client needs, providing conceptual inputs to the design and production team, and aligning client expectations with team deliveries. Key Responsibilities: - Curate Events and pitches - Develop presentations & pitches based on industry trends - Liaise between departments - Understand client needs and provide creative inputs - Align client expectations with team deliveries - Liaise with clients for timely approvals - Prepare detailed project plans with activities and timelines - Be involved in event execution, briefs, planning, and communication - Oversee the creation of brief summaries - Guide on checklists & manuals - Manage project costs & P/Ls - Anchor & deliver multiple large-medium format pitches - Research on industry trends, new ideas & technology - Monitor competition and devise counter strategies - Identify needs, prioritize risks, and develop solutions - Manage manpower planning, vendors, and client portfolios - Conduct research on existing and prospective clients for revenue growth Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in Experiential Events - Strong communication and presentation skills - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Proven track record of successful event execution - Experience in client relationship management and revenue growth strategies Join WHITE's team of culture-first experience creators and be part of a dynamic environment that values creativity, innovation, and long-term impact in client relationships.,
