Accounts Trainee

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and reports.
• Prepare and verify invoices, receipts, and vouchers.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with taxation, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Support audits (internal & external) by providing accurate data and documentation.
• Monitor expenses and help in budget preparation.
• Coordinate with management to ensure financial decisions align with company goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree or B.com, M.com, BBA, MBA preferred)
