Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Trainee to join our accounts department. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in Excel and MS Office, possess a keen eye for accuracy, and be willing to learn and grow within the role. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day accounting operations and financial record-keeping.
• Maintain and update spreadsheets, ledgers, and accounting databases.
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements and other financial reports.
• Support in preparing invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments for accounting data and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum Graduation (B.Com, BBA, or any relevant field).
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office is a must.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines.
