Accounts/ Tender Executive

The ideal candidate for this role should have 1-2 years of relevant experience, with knowledge of Tally or accounting software considered a plus. Your responsibilities will include preparing tender documents, handling bid solicitation, bidding, e-tendering, and quotations. Candidates based in Varanasi will be given preference. It will be your duty to maintain accurate records of all tenders submitted and ensure strict compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the tender process. You will work closely with internal teams for document preparation and review, managing the entire tender process from start to finish to ensure timely submission of tenders. Other responsibilities will include uploading new product/catalogues on the Gem Portal, creating L1 comparisons for direct purchasing, and identifying suitable bids on Gem & E-Tender Portal. You will also be required to regularly reconcile bank statements with company accounts to maintain accuracy and support in the preparation of GST, TDS filings, and other statutory requirements. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with experience in Excel and Word. Knowledge of GeM/Tender filing experience will be an added advantage. Good written English skills for effective communication are also necessary for this role. This is a full-time position requiring in-person work.
