Job Description

AJ Tutorials is seeking a passionate and skilled Accounts Teacher to teach Class XI & XII (Maharashtra Board) students. The role involves classroom teaching along with academic development tasks such as study material creation, question bank preparation, and paper evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Accountancy to Class XI & XII students as per the Maharashtra Board syllabus.
• Develop content, notes, and assignments for classroom and practice purposes.
• Create and maintain a question bank covering all difficulty levels.
• Conduct tests, evaluate answer sheets, and provide constructive feedback.
• Explain concepts with clarity and real-life examples for better student understanding.
• Conduct doubt-solving sessions and mentor students in exam preparation.
• Maintain academic discipline and encourage student progress.

Requirements

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce / Accounts (B.Com / M.Com preferred).
• Prior teaching experience for Class XI & XII is desirable.
• Strong command of subject knowledge and communication skills.
• Ability to prepare quality content and question banks independently.
• Dedication and passion for offline classroom teaching.

Contract & Compensation

• Contract Duration: Minimum 1 year from the date of joining.
• Mode: Offline (at institute premises).
• Location: AJ Tutorials, Nigdi, Pune.
• Salary: Competitive (commensurate with qualification & experience).

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
