Accounts & Store Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts & Store Executive to manage day-to-day accounting tasks along with store inventory and stock operations. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in handling accounts and store operations.

Accounting Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day financial transactions, records, and ledgers
• Prepare and file GST returns and TDS if required
• Handle petty cash and expense records
• Generate invoices and manage payment follow-ups
• Assist in monthly closing and reporting
• Coordinate with external accountants/auditors if needed

Store Management Responsibilities:

• Maintain and monitor inventory levels accurately
• Handle inward and outward material entries and documentation
• Ensure proper stock storage and labeling
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies
• Maintain records of material requisition and issue
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for stock/materials

Key Skills Required:

• Knowledge of basic accounting software (Tally, Excel, etc.)
• Familiarity with inventory and stock management
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Good communication and coordination skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
