Accounts Receivable Team Lead

As a Team Lead in Accounts Receivable at Uproi Digital, located in Noida, you will be responsible for overseeing the AR operations, including collections, client communication, reporting, and reconciliations in the US market. Your role will demand leadership qualities, self-motivation, and excellent problem-solving abilities. With a minimum of 3 years of experience in AR within the US market and at least 1 year of team management background, you will play a crucial role in driving the team towards success. Your proficiency in AR & Collections for US clients, team leadership, reconciliations & cash applications, client management & reporting, and working with ERP tools such as Tally/QuickBooks will be essential in excelling in this position. This is a full-time position that requires you to work the night shift (5:30 PM - 2:30 AM IST) from Monday to Friday. To be successful in this role, you must possess a deep understanding of US Accounting practices and feel comfortable handling a team.
