Accounts Receivable Specialist

You should have a minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in AR/Denial Management-Revenue Cycle Management, US Healthcare. Your responsibilities will include serving as an AR Specialist on AR/Denial management strategies, leading the resolution of high-level and escalated denial issues, conducting root cause analysis, and developing proactive measures to prevent future denials. It is important that you have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, as well as advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. You must also be able to drive change and implement process improvements effectively. A Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, finance, or a related field is required. The location for this position is Vadodara, Gujarat, and it involves working from the office during Night/US Shift. As part of your role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize revenue cycle performance.
