Accounts Receivable- Fresher

As an Accounts Receivable Associate at our company located in Panchkula, IT Park, you will play a crucial role in managing customer accounts, ensuring timely collections, and providing essential support to both the accounting and legal teams. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records of accounts receivable transactions, identifying delinquent accounts, collaborating with internal departments to resolve discrepancies, and generating reports on receivables status and aging analysis. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts receivable transactions - Identify delinquent accounts and escalate issues following company policy - Collaborate with internal departments to resolve account discrepancies - Generate regular reports on receivables status and aging analysis Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory) - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Excellent communication and follow-up skills - Ability to handle sensitive information and work effectively with cross-functional teams - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software is a plus The company offers benefits including commuter assistance, health insurance, leave encashment, life insurance, paid sick time, and paid time off.
