Accounts Receivable- Fresher

As an Accounts Receivable Associate at our company located in Panchkula, IT Park, you will play a crucial role in managing customer accounts, ensuring timely collections, and providing essential support to both the accounting and legal teams. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records of accounts receivable transactions, identifying delinquent accounts, and collaborating with internal departments to resolve account discrepancies. You will be responsible for generating regular reports on receivables status and aging analysis. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and follow-up skills are essential for success in this role. The ability to handle sensitive information and work effectively with cross-functional teams is also crucial. While a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred, it is not mandatory. Freshers with a strong interest in finance/accounting and solid communication skills are encouraged to apply. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required, and familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
