Accounts Receivable Executive

We are looking for an Accounts Receivables professional from the EPC/Construction industry who will manage client billing, collections, reconciliation, project-wise receivables tracking, and ensure timely revenue realization. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to project-based accounting, contract terms, RA bills, certification processes, and coordination between site, projects & client finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

Billing & Invoicing

• Prepare client invoices, RA bills, final bills, and project-wise billing documentation
  
• Verify supporting documents like measurement sheets, WOs/POs, BOQs, rate analysis, etc.
  
• Coordinate with projects/site team for billing inputs & certification
  
• Ensure correctness & compliance with contract terms before invoice release
  

Receivables Management

• Track project-wise outstanding payments and aging analysis
  
• Follow-up with clients for payment release, certification & documentation closure
  
• Maintain DSO targets and regular reporting to management
  
• Handle escalations and payment delay resolutions
  

Documentation & Reconciliation

• Maintain billing records, supporting documents & client acknowledgment copies
  
• Reconcile customer accounts with ledgers & statements
  
• Manage retention money, security deposits, BG recovery & billing adjustments
  

MIS & Reporting

• Prepare AR reports, cash flow projections & receivable dashboards
  
• Weekly/monthly review of receivables with project & finance teams
  
• Support statutory audits with AR schedules & documentation
  

Skills & Requirements

• Mandatory experience in

  EPC/Construction contracting environment

• Strong knowledge of client billing, RA bills, WOs/POs & BOQ structure
  
• Proficient in Tally/SAP/ERP systems and MS Excel
  
• Good communication & negotiation skills for client follow-ups
  
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Projects, SCM & Site teams
  
• Attention to detail, accuracy & time-bound execution mindset
