Job Description

3-6 years Experience is required in AR calling for US Healthcare
Perform outbound calls to insurance companies to collection outstanding AR.
Working on Denials, Rejection, Request for additional information.
Strong RCM knowledge & possess good knowledge of HIPPA, CPT codes, Appeals & denial management.
Good Analytical Skill and problem solving abilities
Calling insurance companies for claim follow up, identify issue with claim based on information provided by insurance companies.
Patient calling and client correspondence.
having exposure in " Epic Software"
Experience using software tools for claims management.
Good verbal & Written communication skill
Maintains compliance standards as per the policies and reports compliance issues as required.
Excellent Analytical Skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft office tools
Willingness to work night shift
