You will play a crucial role in maintaining and updating client records with appropriate communication details in CRM. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be key in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of these records. Your strong verbal and written communication skills will enable you to effectively handle difficult conversations with students regarding their fees. To qualify for this position, you must have a graduation degree in any field. Proven experience in a similar role, specifically in accounts receivable or collections, is preferred. We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively. Experience with Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as XERO will be beneficial. Moreover, your proficiency in customer service and data entry will be valuable in carrying out your responsibilities effectively. This is a full-time position with health insurance and paid sick time benefits. The work schedule is during the morning shift, and the work location is in person.
