About the Role

As an Accounts Receivable Associate, you will be responsible for managing US healthcare claims, ensuring timely collections, and resolving account-related issues while adhering to compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Claims Management:
Follow up on outstanding claims to reduce AR days and resolve issues promptly.
Denial Management:
Investigate denial reasons, correct errors, and re-submit claims.
Communication:
Interact with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and stakeholders to resolve denials, appeals, and payment discrepancies.
Account Follow-up:
Review AR aging reports and ensure timely follow-up of unpaid claims.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of actions taken and account statuses.
Compliance:
Ensure all processes comply with HIPAA guidelines and US healthcare regulations.
Reporting:
Share daily/weekly/monthly reports on claims, denials, and collections with management.

Qualifications & Skills

1-6 years of experience in Accounts Receivable / AR Calling (US Healthcare).
Strong knowledge of claims and denial management processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in healthcare software systems and documentation.
Understanding of HIPAA compliance and US healthcare regulations.
