Accounts Payable & Treasury Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable:

• End-to-end processing of vendor invoices.
• Verification of invoices against Purchase Orders (PO), Work Orders (WO), Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and necessary approvals.
• Timely processing of vendor payments.
• Scrutiny and reconciliation of vendor ledgers.
• Handling vendor queries and coordinating resolutions.

Treasury Operations:

• Daily monitoring of fund positions and cash flows.
• Preparation and execution of bank payments.
• Knowledge of salary payments, settlements, and related processes.
• Handling payments related to PF, ESIC, TDS, etc.
• Coordinating with banks for payment processing and resolving payment issues.
• Bank reconciliation and resolution of discrepancies.
• Supporting treasury MIS and reporting.

Compliance & Reporting:

• Assisting with internal and statutory audits.
• Ensuring compliance with PF, ESIC, FSSAI, Trademark, and other relevant regulations.
• Adhering to company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Preparation of MIS reports, aging reports, and dashboards.
• Assisting in month-end and year-end closing activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com, M.Com) or MBA.
• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable and Treasury functions.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (Tally preferred).
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Good analytical, communication, and coordination abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
