Accounts Payable Processor

In this role at Roblox, you will be working to shape the future of human interaction, solving unique technical challenges at scale, and helping to create safer, more civil shared experiences for everyone. **Key Responsibilities:** - Help manage AP email inboxes to ensure that internal service level agreements and KPI's are met and inquiries are responded to timely. - Communicate with internal partners across the business and external parties with a high degree of customer service. - Support AP department with special projects and ad hoc requests. **Qualifications Required:** - 2+ years of AP processing experience. - Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (can maintain complex spreadsheets). - Netsuite experience is preferred but not required. - An understanding of the AP function and accounting best practices. - Excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize/balance multiple tasks in order to meet team goals and deadlines. - Willingness to contribute beyond the defined role to meet our needs as circumstances require. - Critical thinking skills to identify process improvements and efficiencies. - An eye for detail; you triple check your work to ensure accuracy of accounting records. Please note that roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).,
