Accounts Payable - Finance Operations - Analyst

As a part of Omnicom Global Solutions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth client and agency service delivery. Your responsibilities will include: - Tracking campaign timelines, deliverables, and progress to maintain project milestones - Collaborating with the project management team to coordinate tasks and resources efficiently - Communicating project updates and potential issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner - Managing invoicing processes, verifying billing details, and ensuring compliance with company policies - Maintaining organized financial records and updating billing methods - Ensuring accurate documentation and execution of all contractual agreements in accordance with company standards - Responsible for maintaining process documents such as SOPs and Process Maps Qualifications: You will closely work with senior finance leaders from Omnicom Agencies, accounting teams, controllers, and Annalect internal leadership.
