Job Profile:

We are seeking an Accounts Payable professional to join our clients finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of accounts payable functions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. This role is crucial for maintaining strong vendor relationships and contributing to the financial health of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing a high volume of invoices, including verification and 3-way matching.

• Timely and accurate entry of invoices into the accounting system (ERP based).

• Preparing and processing payment runs (cheque, NEFT/RTGS, etc.).

• Performing vendor account and bank reconciliations.

• Resolving invoice and payment discrepancies with vendors and internal teams.

• Assisting with month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
