Accounts Payable - Executive

Job Location : Juinagar (Navi Mumbai)

• No. of Positions – 3

Criteria's:

• Education: BCOM graduate from any recognized university.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in accounts
• Shift Timing : 8 am to 5 pm, 12 pm to 9 pm and Night Shift ( 7 pm to 4 am )
• Preferring Male candidate only
• Age should be below 30
• Preferring candidates from Navi Mumbai
• Looking for Immediate joiner or short notice period
• Needs to be well versed with advance excel & tech savvy

Job Description :

• To segregate and assemble invoices related to different cost and enter, upload invoices into system
• To review and verify invoices before inputting in the system
• Prioritizing the processing of critically vendor to business
• Raising valid queries with proper research and resolving the same on timely basis
• Understanding the TAT ,SLA and quality at highest level
• Timely highlighting issues and concerns

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
