Accounts Officer

As an Accounts Officer at Pioneer Distributors in Kuttoor, Thiruvalla, your role will involve managing various accounting tasks along with billing, purchasing, and administrative responsibilities in the FMCG distribution office. You are expected to be reliable, well-organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks accurately. Key Responsibilities: - Handle daily billing and invoicing activities efficiently. - Manage purchase entries, sales records, and other accounting transactions effectively. - Assist in coordinating stock management with warehouse and delivery teams. - Support daily office administrative functions smoothly. - Prepare and submit required reports to the management in a timely manner. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting or a relevant field. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts or billing (FMCG experience preferred). - Good understanding of MS Excel and basic computer operations. - Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills. - Ability to work independently and responsibly. - Mandatory possession of a two-wheeler as the job location is 2km away from the Bus Route. In this role, you will be working full-time with work timings from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM at the Kuttoor, Thiruvalla office location. Please note that work is required to be done in person.,
