Job Title: Accounts Officer – Billing & Administration Location: Kuttoor, Thiruvalla Company: Pioneer Distributors Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to manage day-to-day accounting tasks, billing, purchasing, and administrative responsibilities in our FMCG distribution office. The ideal candidate should be reliable, well-organized, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities with accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Handle daily billing and invoicing activities Manage purchase entries, sales records , and other accounting transactions Assist in stock management coordination with warehouse and delivery teams Support daily office administrative functions Prepare and submit required reports to management Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting or relevant field Minimum 1 year experience in accounts or billing (FMCG experience preferred) Good understanding of MS Excel & basic computer operations Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to work independently and responsibly Two-wheeler is mandatory ( Job location is 2km away from Bus Route ) Work Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM Job Location: Kuttoor, Thiruvalla Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
