Accounts Officer

As a candidate for the position, you will be responsible for the following key roles: - **Tally Software:** You should have an open knowledge of Tally Software. - **Basic Bookkeeping:** Your role will involve assisting in maintaining financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts. - **Bank Reconciliation:** You will assist in reconciling bank statements and ensuring all transactions are properly recorded. - **Team Collaboration:** Working closely with senior accountants and finance team members to ensure all financial operations run smoothly. For this position, the qualifications required are: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks) is a plus. - Strong analytical and numerical skills. - Good understanding of Australian tax laws is desirable but not mandatory. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Additionally, the skills required for this role include: - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications. - Strong communication skills (both written and verbal). - Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent job with benefits such as food provided, health insurance, leave encashment, and provident fund. The schedule is a day shift from Monday to Friday in the morning, with the opportunity for a yearly bonus. The work location is in Mohali, Punjab, and the expected start date is 01/07/2025. Ability to commute or relocate to Mohali, Punjab is preferred. Bachelor's degree is preferred for education qualification. Day shift availability at the work location is preferred.
