Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and
Bank Reconciliation.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes in SAP.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with statutory and internal
reporting requirements.
• Lead and implement improvements in financial systems, controls, and reporting using
SAP FICO.
• Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards (e.g., Ind
AS/IFRS).
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Sales, Operations) for budgeting
and cost control.
• Provide strategic inputs for process automation and improvements leveraging SAP
functionalities.
• Train and support finance team members in SAP FICO modules and best practices.
