• Accounts Payable, Receivable and Interdivision Reconciliation

• MIS Reports preparations For Monthly Review Meeting

• Accounts payable end to end process (Core Accounting)

• Responsible for logging all receivables invoices and keeping an accurate aging report.

• Budget vs Actual and Forecasting Preparation

• Intercompany transactions with group companies review and their timely settlement

• Every month GST Preparation for filing and GSTR-2B Reconciliation for annual return

• TDS filing and 26 AS Reconciliation with books

• Looking after finalization of accounts, preparation of balance sheet and P&L account

• MSME Vendor Report ageing Wise Preparation

• Physical Stock Verification with books Every Month 2nd Saturday

• Month end JV and Rectification Entry Passed

• Preparing P&L a/c and Balance Sheet and co-ordinate with Auditor

• Division wise Preparing Bank Reconciliation Statement Report

• Division wise ledger scrutiny and Plant Accounts Maintained

• Supervise Fixed Asset, Capitalization, Retirement, and Asset Register Maintenance.

• External Audit Preparation and co-ordinate to Audit TeamRole & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors/masters degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.

• 10+ years in general accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or large trading industry.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and compliance standards.

• Proficiency in accounting software SAP
