Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Manager (Field Sales Ophthalmology) located in Haora. The Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with ophthalmology clients, achieving sales targets, and expanding the customer base. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, attending industry events, and collaborating with the marketing and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product optimization.

Qualifications

• Ability in Sales Management and Account Management within the ophthalmology sector( preferred)
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Science/ Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
