Accounts Intern

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in day-to-day accounting operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing financial reports, invoices and balance sheets.
• Help maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and journal entries.
• Help with monthly closing and reporting activities.
• Organize and update financial documents and records.
• Coordinate with other departments on finance-related matters.
• Perform any other accounting or administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with accounting software is a plus (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
