accounts head (construction)

urgently looking for a Accounts Head for one of the construction Industry with minimum 10 yrs of experience in construction sector .

 Maintaining and balances review all Project site accounts by verifying, allocating, posting,

reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies.

 Monthly BRS

 Co-ordinate with other branches transactions & site control transactions

 Effectively communicate with Accounts Managers regarding contract documents, change

orders and other contract modifications, approvals, and any additional services-related to

billing.

 Bank & Cash book daily transactions entry checked & approved in our E.R.P system

 Reconcile all project site contractors & suppliers ledger balance, billing & payment.

 Fund transfer to project site as approved by Finance G.M as required site fund requisition.

 Prepares and records maintain all project site asset, liability, and expenses entries by compiling

and analyzing account information.

 Maintaining project site client Billing Vs. Payment status.

 Investigate all project expenses not billed to customers.

 Reconciliation of all accounts ledger balance

 Maintain & Record keeping All project site Stock/inventory

 Compile information and support for internal and external auditors, as required.

 GST & TDS calculate & timely deposited

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
