Location: Mohali (Bestech Business Towers, Sector 66)
Shift Timing: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM (UK Shift)

About the Role:

We are hiring Accounts Executives with a strong background in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable for our UK process. This role demands excellent communication skills, client interaction experience, and the confidence to handle accounting tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes accurately and efficiently.
• Handle client interactions with professionalism, ensuring clear communication and timely resolutions.
• Prepare, verify, and reconcile financial data and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Maintain compliance with organizational and international accounting standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (preferred).
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in AR/AP processes (UK/International process experience is a plus).
• Strong accounting knowledge with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in handling client interactions and explaining financial details effectively.

Work Schedule:

• 5 Days a Week (Monday–Friday) + 2 Alternate Saturdays working
• Fixed UK Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM
