We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Accounts Executive to join our manufacturing unit in Kolkata and ensure smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Maintain day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks).
• Record purchases, sales, receipts, and payments accurately.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.

2. Invoicing & Payment Management

• Prepare sales invoices and purchase orders.
• Follow up with clients and vendors for timely payments.
• Manage GST invoices, e-way bills, and related documentation.

3. Bank & Cash Management

• Handle bank reconciliations and petty cash transactions.
• Track and update daily cash flow.

4. Taxation & Compliance

• Assist in monthly/quarterly GST filings and TDS submissions.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

5. Reporting & Coordination

• Generate periodic financial reports for management.
• Coordinate with auditors during audits.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and clients for account-related queries.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting (B.Com/M.Com).
• 2–4 years of experience in accounting.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime; knowledge of MS Excel & Word.
• Understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organisational skills.

Employment Details

• Type: Full-time (On-site)
• Salary: Based on experience and skills ranging between INR 15000-23000 per month.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
