Job Title: Accounts Executive Education: B.com Experience: Min.5 to 10 Years of Experience Salary : 25,000 to 35,000 Per Month Job Location: Sai Chowk, Pashan, Pune Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Accounting and Financial Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger. 2. Tally Operation: Operate Tally software for accounting and financial management. 3. Excel and MS Word: Use Excel and MS Word for financial analysis, reporting, and documentation. 4. Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with TDS, GST, PF, and PT regulations, and manage related filings and payments. 5. Salary Preparation: Prepare salaries for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. 6. Bank Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records. 7. Vendor and Contractor Management: Manage vendor and contractor accounts, ensure timely payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. Requirements: 1. Commerce or Accounting Degree: Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Accounting. 2. Experience: 5-10 years of experience in accounting and financial management. 3. Software Skills: Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and MS Word. 4. Tax Knowledge: Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, PF, and PT regulations.
