Job Title: Accounts Executive / Accountant

Location: Noida, F1 Department: Finance & Accounts

Experience: 13 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Days: 6 Days Working

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting tasks, ensure accuracy in financial records, and support the finance department in various operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day books of accounts (
Journal, Ledger, Cash Book, Bank Book
, etc.)
Record and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Handle bank reconciliations and vendor payments
Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and expense vouchers
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
File
GST returns, TDS returns
, and support in statutory compliance
Coordinate with auditors during internal/external audits
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
Support budgeting and forecasting processes

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g.,
Tally ERP, Zoho Books, QuickBooks
)
Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
Knowledge of
GST, TDS
, and other tax regulations
Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication a Role & responsibilities
