Accounts Executive

Job Summary: The Accountant is responsible for managing and analyzing financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This role involves processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and supporting the overall financial operations of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations - create invoices, pass sales, purchase and expenses voucher entries in Tally.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Conduct month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial records are accurate and up to date.
• Knowledge of GST and TDS filing and Income Tax.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with external auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation and support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Tally and Excel
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience:

• Experience:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience.
• Experience in preparing financial statements and reports.
• Experience with tax preparation and filing.
