Job Title: Accounts Executive- Male

Working Days: 6 days a week (Day Shift)

Rana Infracon (India) Pvt. Ltd. is a reputed name in the infrastructure and construction industry, committed to quality, compliance, and timely execution. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team at our Lalru office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file GST returns as per statutory deadlines
• Compute and deposit TDS with accuracy
• Maintain daily accounting records and general ledger entries in Tally ERP
• Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
• Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable processes
• Oversee Petty Cash – issue, tracking, and reconciliation
• Prepare financial reports and summaries using MS Excel
• Draft official communications and reports in MS Word
• Support overall day-to-day finance operations and audits

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: B.Com or equivalent degree in Accounting/Finance
• Experience: 1 to 3 years in a similar accounting role
• Proficiency in Tally ERP
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
• Familiarity with GST, TDS, and basic accounting practices
• Strong attention to detail
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in financial records
