1. Payment Collection: कस्टमर से कॉल और व्हाट्सऐप द्वारा पेमेंट फॉलो-अप करना RTGS/NEFT/IMPS और UPI पेमेंट की जानकारी लेना और रिकॉर्ड करना कैश कलेक्शन का रसीद जनरेट कर ग्राहकों को भेजना 2. Bank Entries & Reconciliation: बैंक स्टेटमेंट से सभी ट्रांजैक्शन को Tally में एंटर करना बैंक और Tally के बीच डेली बैलेंस मैच करना ग़लत एंट्री, डुप्लीकेट एंट्री या मिसिंग एंट्री की पहचान और सुधार करना 3. Customer Ledger Management: सभी कस्टमर का हिसाब किताब (लेज़र) अपडेट रखना पेमेंट रिसीव होने के बाद कस्टमर के अकाउंट में एंट्री करना कोई भी ओवरड्यू या मिसमैच तुरंत रिपोर्ट करना 4. Reporting & Documentation: डेली कलेक्शन रिपोर्ट तैयार करना और मैनेजमेंट को भेजना किसी भी असामान्य ट्रांजैक्शन को रिपोर्ट करना GST, TDS या किसी अन्य टैक्स से जुड़े एंट्री को सही ढंग से करना 5. Coordination: सेल्स टीम से समन्वय करना कि कौन से कस्टमर से पेमेंट बाकी है बैंक, ऑडिटर और इंटर्नल स्टाफ के साथ सामंजस्य बैठाना इंटरनल टीम के साथ मिलकर कस्टमर हिसाब क्लियर करना
