Strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities are essential, along with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. An understanding of financial management principles would be advantageous, and experience in the non-profit sector is a plus. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required for this full-time on-site position in Chennai.
