Role Overview As an Invoicing Executive at Navrasa Fine Jewels Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for overseeing and executing the company's end-to-end billing and invoicing processes using Tally Prime Software. Your role will require meticulous attention to detail to review and validate every entry before submission. Additionally, strong reporting skills in Advanced Excel will be essential for effective data management and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities - Prepare, generate, and process invoices accurately within Tally Prime. - Review, validate, and verify all billing entries and supporting documentation before system entry. - Maintain organized and up-to-date records of invoices, credit notes, and transaction documents. - Collaborate with internal teams to secure necessary approvals and address billing discrepancies. - Monitor invoice tracking and ensure timely reconciliation of accounts receivable. - Create periodic reports utilizing advanced Excel functions like VLOOKUP, MATCH, INDEX, and others for data analysis and reporting purposes. - Ensure strict adherence to internal billing policies, financial procedures, and statutory regulations. - Assist in month-end account closing and reporting tasks as required. Candidate Requirements - Qualification: B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) - Experience: Minimum of 1 year of practical experience in invoicing, billing operations, and accounts management. - Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Tally Prime Accounting Software. - Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including functions like VLOOKUP, MATCH, INDEX. - Strong attention to detail with excellent data validation and reconciliation capabilities. - Effective coordination, documentation, and communication skills. - Immediate availability for joining. - Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in Jaipur.
