Accounts Executive / Senior Accountant

Experience Required: Minimum 5–10 Years

Industry: Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations (Sales, Purchase, JV, Payment, Receipt entries).
• Maintain accurate books of accounts as per applicable accounting standards.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheet, P&L, cash flow statements.
• Handle TDS, GST calculations, return filing, and compliance.
• Prepare vendor payments, reconciliations, and ensure timely settlements.
• Conduct bank reconciliation statements (BRS) on a regular basis.
• Coordinate with internal teams for billing, invoicing, and expense management.
• Manage payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
• Assist in annual audit, coordinate with auditors, and prepare required documentation.
• Maintain records of fixed assets, depreciation schedules, and inventory accounting.
• Ensure timely reporting and support management with MIS data and analysis.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) or related field.
• Minimum 5–10 years of hands-on accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in Tally
• Good understanding of financial reports and reconciliation.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
