Job Description

Job Description – Accounts Executive

Position: Accounts Executive
Experience Required: 6 months to 1 year
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
Languages: Kannada, English & Hindi

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ensure entries are accurate and up to date.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor reconciliation, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
Assist in monthly closing activities and preparation of financial reports.
Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance processes.
Coordinate with the internal team and external parties for accounting-related queries.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting data.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
Proficiency in Tally ERP/any accounting software.
Good communication skills in Kannada, English, and Hindi.
Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and other office tools.

Additional Requirements (Optional to include):

Ability to handle deadlines and multitask.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

Taxation and accounts: 3 years (Required)
Articleship (CA): 3 years (Required)
