Accounts Executive

Role Overview:

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting the finance team in day-to-day accounting operations. The role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a clear understanding of accounting principles and organizational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle

  day-to-day accounting operations

  including data entry, voucher preparation, payments, receipts, and journal entries.
• Prepare and process

  GST, TDS, and other statutory filings

  on time.
• Perform

  bank reconciliations

  , vendor reconciliations, and monitoring of outstanding receivables/payables.
• Assist in

  monthly and annual financial closing

  , including preparation of trial balance, P&L account, and balance sheet.
• Maintain proper documentation for all accounting transactions and ensure compliance with audit and internal control requirements.
  
• Support the preparation of

  project-wise financial reports, utilization certificates, and fund tracking

  as required.
• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and auditors for financial data, clarifications, and compliance.
  
• Ensure adherence to the organizations financial policies and statutory regulations.
  

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.

• 2–4 years

  of relevant experience in accounting and financial operations.
• Experience in

  NGO / non-profit / project-based accounting

  preferred.
• Proficiency in

  Tally ERP

  and knowledge of statutory compliance is essential.
