Role: Accounts & Finance ExecutiveKey Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations: AP/AR, ledger posting, and bank reconciliation
• Prepare GST filings, TDS calculations, and handle statutory compliance (PF/ESI/PT)
• Maintain accounting records in Tally ERP / Zoho Books
• Handle vendor payments, customer invoicing, and receivables follow-up
• Support monthly/annual closing activities & audit coordination
• Assist management with budgeting, cash flow planning & MIS reporting
• Maintain documentation for purchase orders, job work, and goods movement

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, and accounting standards
• Good understanding of manufacturing or tooling industry accounts
• Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, MIS, reports)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
