About the Role - Account Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive / Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Tally ERP, GST compliance, TDS processing, and statutory compliances. This role requires a professional with accounting experience who can ensure accuracy in financial reporting while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally ERP
• Prepare and file GST returns on a timely basis
• Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and filings
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and deadlines
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
• Process accounts payable and receivable
• Assist in payroll processing and related compliances
• Support during internal and external audits
• Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field ; M.Com preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting with proven expertise in Indian taxation
• Advanced proficiency in Tally ERP; Knowledge of other accounting software systems
• Thorough understanding of GST regulations and filing procedures
• Strong knowledge of TDS provisions and compliance requirements
• Experience in financial analysis and reporting
• Familiarity with audit procedures
• Experience with statutory compliances including income tax, PF, ESI, etc.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹320,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
