Job Description:

We are looking for an Accounts Executive with minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in accounting. The candidate should have good practical knowledge of Tally ERP, logistics invoicing, and day-to-day accounts handling. This role involves managing financial records related to domestic, import, and export shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP
• Generate invoices for Domestic, Import & Export shipments
• Maintain and track all income and expenses accurately
• Handle accounts receivable and payable, including follow-ups
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash/book records
• Support GST-related entries and documentation
• Prepare basic monthly reports and statements
• Coordinate with operations team for billing and account clarity

Requirements & Skills:

• Minimum 1 year experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role
• Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP
• Experience in logistics / courier / freight accounts preferred
• Basic understanding of GST and invoicing procedures
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Good attention to detail and record accuracy
