Accounts Executive (Female Candidates Only)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Executive (Female) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day accounting operations, and ensuring timely compliance with tax and financial regulations. Key Responsibilities: Maintain Books of Accounts , General Ledger , and financial statements Perform daily accounting entries and voucher postings using Tally ERP Manage Accounts Payable/Receivable , including client follow-ups and payment collections Conduct Bank Reconciliation , monitor fund flow, and manage creditor payments Handle petty cash and assist with internal queries related to accounts Prepare Balance Sheets , financial reports , and assist in month-end closings Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST, PT, and other tax returns Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial transactions Support team members on accounts and finance-related matters Required Qualifications & Skills: Female Graduate with a strong academic background 1–3 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance Proficient in Tally ERP , MS Excel , and basic bookkeeping Solid understanding of banking operations , GST , and tax compliance Excellent time management and multitasking abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented and capable of working independently and in a team Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,368.88 - ₹20,852.66 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 09/06/2025
