Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our growing team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of accounting principles and a desire to work in an international accounting environment.

This is an evening shift position (2 PM to 11 PM), ideal for professionals looking to gain exposure to global accounting and international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping operations.
• Record journal entries, reconcile accounts, and maintain general ledgers.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
• Ensure timely completion of bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Coordinate with senior accountants and communicate effectively with clients.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all accounting records.
• Assist in audit preparations and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Support process improvements and contribute to team efficiency.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Experience: Minimum 2 year of experience in accounting or bookkeeping (fresher with good knowledge may also apply).
• Software Knowledge:
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or Tally (training will be provided if required).
• Good command over Microsoft Excel and data management.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Accuracy, responsibility, and time management are essential.
• Team player with a professional work attitude.

Working Hours:

• Shift Timing: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Evening Shift)
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and skill).
