Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Accounts Executive to join our team at Capital Placement Services, located in Sector 37 D Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience and be responsible for handling accounting tasks such as bank reconciliation, bill booking, and journal voucher.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and accounts.
Perform bank reconciliation and ensure timely payment of bills.
Prepare and review journal vouchers and debit credit notes.
Reconcile supplier accounts and handle account record bookkeeping.
Calculate and deposit GST, TDS, and EPF, and assist with filing returns.
Generate way bills and perform other accounting tasks.

Job Requirements

B.Com degree from a recognized university.
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
Possess strong knowledge of accounting principles, including GST, MARG, TALLY, ERP, and TDS.
Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
