Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Accounts Executive to join our team in Sector 12, Ghaziabad. The ideal candidate will have between 1 to 4 years of experience and be proficient in GST & TDS, handling accounts receivable and payable, preparing monthly journals, invoice bookings, bank reconciliation, accounts payable control, and accounts receivable control.

Roles and Responsibility

Prepare and post monthly journals for accurate financial records.
Handle accounts receivable and payable to ensure timely payments.
Perform bank reconciliations to identify discrepancies.
Control accounts payable and receivable for efficient cash flow management.
Book invoices accurately and on time.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com).
At least 1 year of experience in accounting or a related field.
Possess strong knowledge of accounting principles, including GST & TDS.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other accounting software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Male candidates only.
Good English communication skills required.
Office timings: 9:30am to 6:30pm.
