Job Description

As an experienced Accounts Executive, your primary role will be to manage all accounting transactions efficiently. This includes creating and issuing invoices to customers and maintaining the book of accounts in Tally. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing Callan and E-way bills, managing balance sheets, profit/loss statements, and auditing financial transactions and documents to ensure accuracy. Key Responsibilities: - Manage all accounting transactions, including creating and issuing invoices - Maintain the book of accounts in Tally - Prepare Callan and E-way bills - Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements - Audit financial transactions and documents - Ensure financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups as needed - Report on the company's financial health and liquidity - Compute taxes and prepare tax returns - Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings - Submit all necessary reports to the director at the end of each month Qualifications Required: - 4-5 years of experience in a similar field - Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, Flexi) - Familiarity with finance regulations - Proper accounting knowledge - MCOM candidates preferred - Female candidates preferred In addition to these responsibilities and qualifications, this full-time position offers benefits such as Provident Fund. You should have the ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Ambernath, Maharashtra, before starting work. A Master's degree is preferred, along with 4 years of accounting experience and 5 years as an Accounts Executive. Fluency in English and a Tally certification are also preferred for this role.,
